As The founder and Director of The Gap Project, Jade strives to support the academic, social and emotional growth of North Carolina Students through providing equal opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities, regardless of financial ability. Through her nonprofit, Jade has partnered with several community members including Empower Dance, Carolina Performing Arts, The Country Bookshop and More, and developed a scholarship program called The Bridge Scholars.
