Jade Neptune is a Writer, public servant and community advocate. Jade Graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2022 at the age of 19 where she studied Political Science and Artistic Management. She is the author of two poetry collections, “love, Me” and “Here’s to Hoping”. Jade is also the founder and director of The Gap Project, a community nonprofit that strives to provide equal opportunity for students to participate in extracurricular activities, regardless of financial ability, and the Bridge Scholars Scholarship. Additionally, Jade has worked on several successful political campaigns, including Chapel Hill Mayor Pro Tempore Karen Stegman and NC State House Representative Allen Buansi. She now works at the UNC School of Law as a Public Communications Specialist.
